Who can benefit from our service?

​Virtually everyone, but some more than others.

Here are some reasons a variety of people can benefit from using us:

1. I/we are busy and don't have time to do our own regular home check.

2. This is just not my cup of tea/I am not handy

3. This is a second home/rental, or I have multiple properties that I do not have time to check on regularly and/or I do not live nearby.

4. My parent(s) are elderly and I want to help keep their home up, but I can't do it myself for a variety of reasons. 

5. Even if I do the checks myself, when I find a problem, I don't know who to call that I can trust.

What affects the price of a home check?

​

1. Size - Generally the smaller the home the less time it takes to examine it.

2. Type - If your home is a condo or any other style of maintenance free or limited responsibility exterior, the less time involved and, as a general rule, less costly for a home check.

3. Complexity - If you have multiple beds, baths, garages or complex mechanical systems, once again it can be more time-consuming and generally a little more costly.

4. Location - If your home is not near or in the metro area, travel time can be a factor and can add to the initial cost.

Other factors can affect cost as well, but all fees will be discussed at the time of service.​​​​
